Our mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of youth and their families by using the exhilaration of aviation to attract them to programs that enhance their quality of life while demonstrating a value of comprehensive love. We will be working closely with already established youth development programs, offering an exciting experience by allowing them a flight in a small plane. For many of these children, this opportunity to soar the blue skies would have been previously unattainable. Before setting foot into the plane, Flying for Faith's focus will be on developing a loving relationship with the youth and their family. We want to learn about their life situation—the good and the bad—so that we may better tailor their experience. It is our goal that this unique opportunity will open their eyes and motivate them to rise above their current situation. The Flying for Faith team will be an encouraging light in their life, assisting step-by-step until they are involved with other outreach programs. Flying for Faith was established and continues to run purely on a volunteer basis. All Flying for Faith team members currently work full-time elsewhere and are not receiving compensation for their volunteer work with Flying for Faith. Any donation brought into the organization will be focused directly the youth and their families, covering the operating costs associated with their flight. Our program structure is organized such that a gift of $100 provides one scholarship for a deserving child and his or her family. We invite you to sponsor as many children as you feel able.
